Sandy Lundahl, M.P.H., M.A., is a holistic health educator and modern-day meditation teacher who blends traditional Eastern meditation practices with contemporary, research-based Western contemplative practices.
Sandy is an accomplished public health professional with more than 25 years of experience in developing programs with public health and mental health professionals. She loves to learn and has graduate degrees in public health and in instructional systems design. Her extensive public health experience includes cancer control, cardiac risk reduction, mental health and well-being, substance abuse prevention and treatment, suicide prevention, and complementary and integrative medicine.
Sandy is a certified teacher of the Enneagram in the Narrative Tradition and a practitioner of bio-spiritual focusing. She finds the Enneagram to be of greatest value in seeing the whole of oneself and in developing relationships that are truly authentic, healthy, loving, and fulfilling.

Donald Horrigan, Ed.D., is a married Roman Catholic priest (ordained, 1967, Cincinnati, OH) with more than 30 years of experience in public education. Don’s experiences include parish ministry and teaching in south-eastern Ohio, graduate studies in American Religion and Education at Columbia University Teacher’s College and Union Theological Seminary in New York, and a 32-year career as a science teacher, high school principal, and school reform leader.
Since retiring from the Maryland public school system in 2006 Don has re-entered ministry as the president and founder of DH Ministries, a post-denominational spiritual ministry located in Bowie, MD. He believes the Enneagram to be one of the most valuable tools available to promote personal self-understanding, growth, and spiritual development.
